Offer a Property to DCH

Property owners can tell Diaspora Community Housing (DCH) about properties that may be available for sale, lease or another housing arrangement. DCH will consider suitable opportunities in relation to its housing objectives, property requirements and future affordable housing programme.

Who Can Offer a Property?

Property owners, landlords, organisations and authorised representatives can submit details of residential properties that they would like DCH to consider.

How Would You Like to Offer the Property?

Properties can be submitted for consideration under one of the following options:

Sell a Property

Offer a property that may be available for purchase by DCH, subject to appraisal, funding and any necessary approvals.

Lease a Property to DCH

Tell us about a property that may be available for lease to DCH for an appropriate housing use, subject to assessment and agreement.

Offer Another Housing Arrangement

Tell us about another property or housing arrangement that you believe may be suitable for DCH to consider.

What Happens Next?

DCH will review the information submitted and may contact you for further details. Submission of a property does not create an obligation on DCH to purchase, lease or enter into any agreement relating to the property.
