What Properties Can Be Considered?
You can tell us about houses, flats, maisonettes, bungalows and other residential properties that are currently empty, vacant, substantially unused or in need of improvement before they can be occupied.
How Could DCH Work With You?
Depending on the property and circumstances, potential options may include:
Sell the Property
Tell DCH if you would consider selling the property, subject to valuation, appraisal, funding and any necessary approvals.
Lease the Property
Tell us if you would consider leasing the property to DCH for an appropriate housing use, subject to assessment and agreement.
Property Refurbishment & Improvement
Tell us if the property requires refurbishment or improvement before it can be brought back into use. DCH may consider potential solutions or partnerships depending on the circumstances.
Property Management
Tell us if you are interested in exploring arrangements for the property to be managed and brought back into productive housing use.
Other Arrangement
You can also tell us about another arrangement or proposal that may help bring the property back into use.
