Diaspora Community Housing (DCH) welcomes approaches from developers, landowners and other organisations with affordable housing, development sites or potential housing partnership opportunities.
Section 106 Affordable Homes
Developers can tell DCH about affordable homes being delivered through Section 106 planning obligations, including opportunities where an appropriate housing provider or delivery partner is being sought.
Completed or Unsold Homes
Tell DCH about completed or substantially completed homes that may be available for acquisition, lease or another suitable housing arrangement.
Development Land or Site
Landowners and developers can submit details of land or development sites that may have potential for affordable or community housing, subject to planning, appraisal, funding and other necessary approvals.
Joint Development Opportunity
DCH welcomes proposals from organisations interested in exploring potential partnerships to acquire, develop or deliver suitable housing opportunities.
Other Partnership Proposal
Tell us about other housing, property or development opportunities that may support DCH’s housing objectives.
