List Homes on the Diaspora Housing Hub
The Diaspora Housing Hub welcomes housing associations, councils and other housing providers that wish to promote available homes and housing opportunities to people looking for suitable housing.
Who Can List Homes?
Housing associations, local authorities and other appropriate housing providers can submit properties and housing opportunities for consideration for inclusion on the Diaspora Housing Hub.
What Types of Homes Can Be Listed?
Homes may include Shared Ownership, Social Rent, Affordable Rent, Private Rent, Rent to Buy, First Homes, Older Persons Shared Ownership (OPSO) and other suitable housing opportunities.
Property Information
Providers will be asked to supply relevant information about each property, including location, number of bedrooms, housing type or tenure, rent or purchase price, eligibility requirements, availability and the appropriate application route.
How Applications Work
Where a home is provided by another organisation, the Diaspora Housing Hub will identify the relevant housing provider and direct prospective applicants to that provider’s application process. Listing a property on the Hub does not mean that DCH is the landlord or housing provider for that property.
